CPX Silos are developed for handling both viscous and dry products. They're ideal for viscous liquids such as mustard and mayonnaise, but work equally well for dry, free-flowing materials. The smooth interior prevents the contents from sticking and allows the silo to be emptied completely.

Polyethylene silos – durable and practical

CPX Silos are made of roto-moulded polyethylene, a completely rust-proof and durable material that does not react to its contents. Thanks to the neutral nature of the material, the fill level can easily be read through the tank without the need for additional measuring instruments. This makes polyethylene silos a practical and cost-effective option for many industries.
An additional advantage is the low carbon footprint compared to other materials such as stainless steel and fibreglass. An independent life cycle assessment has shown that polyethylene has a lower environmental impact, making CPX Silos a more sustainable choice. You can read a summary of the assessment here.

To optimise the use of CPX Silos, we offer various customisation options:
• Connections and piping – we install these according to your needs.
• Venting system – recommended to ensure stable and safe operation.
• Stands – available in both steel and polyethylene, depending on the silo and usage area. The steel stands can be customised with any clearance height.

CPX Silo BeCont – more efficient emptying and handling

CPX Silo BeCont has been developed to maximise efficiency by creating a mass flow inside the container. This reduces waste and scrapping while minimising the need for stirring and post-processing. Thanks to its smart design, this silo can be easily transported further along in the production chain immediately after filling.
